Around the World

Today we traveled around the world in one day!

Here were the stops we made:

China - coloring pages

  

India - paper hands/henna art

Africa - a "hide the penny game"(pilolo) and ate animal crackers

 Australia - Australian dot art (on rocks)

And, of course, Egypt - mummies!

We had an awesome time at Kids Camp this year!!  Please come again next summer!!

Story Book Day!

We started off by reading "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom." The kids made and decorated the first letter of their name using popsicle sticks.

Then we read "Where the Wild Things Are" and went on a treasure hunt.

The next book was "Mmmm Cookies" and the kids made 'play clay' cookies.

 

And finally, we read "Stone Soup." We hid ingredients around the yard and the kids added them.
