Day 4: Detective Day

We started off the day by watching Scooby-Doo

After discovering that the cookies were missing, the kids had a detective training course.

The cookie thief left us a lemon juice message that we decoded by exposing it to heat from the stove.

There were also clues left behind (arrows using rocks, footprints in dirt, cookie crumbs, etc.)

The kids were rewarded with a cookie!

We also let them make their own secret messages with lemon juice.

Day 3: Water Day

The kids enjoyed playing some games with water balloons.

 Red-light-green-light with water balloons

Duck, duck, goose with water balloons

The bubble blowers were definitely the kids' favorite activity! We made them using a water bottle and socks.  We got the idea from Housing a Forest
