Day 5: Spa Day

Because we had such a large group of girls this week, we decided that it would be fun to have a Spa Day!

The girls had the opportunity to get their finger and toenails done,  

wear their choice of lotion and/or perfume,  

 soak their feet,

and get their hair and makeup done.

We all had a lot of fun treating these little girls to a fun and relaxing day!

We had so much fun at kids camp this week and can't wait to do it again next year.  Thanks for coming!

Day 4: Space Day

To start the day, we had the kids make an Astronaut I.D. card

We went through an astronaut training course 

We also made telescopes,

ate moon rock cookies, 

and made aliens out of play-doh.

Day 3: Around the World

The kids always seem to love Around the World Day. This week we choose new countries with new activites.

The kids always enjoy the mummies, so we had to keep it! And they have gotten better every time.

ITALY

For Italy we had the kids make their own pizzas. They said this was their favorite activity of the day.

Day 2: Story Book Day

Today we read a few stories to the kids. After each story, we had a related activity.

 We went on a hunt around the yard to find some "wild things."

Story day is always a favorite!

Day 1: Arts and Crafts

Today we kicked off the week with some awesome arts and crafts!

We started it the day off by making tissue paper butterflies... all of which were very beautiful.

 After the butterflies, we went on a "field trip" to pick out rocks to make into perfect pets!

You could tell that they were having a lot of fun by the size of the mess they made! 

 This pet was more of a boulder than a rock... but it sure turned out great!

 These two girls will make excellent mothers one day... they just couldn't let go of their baby dolls!

Overall, today was a great success, and a lot of fun.  We can't wait for the rest of this week!
